  • Lisa Graham is the Co-Founder and CEO of Ratio NYC, where she combines more than five years of consulting experience in the aesthetic injectable space with strong business expertise. • Kari Lowe, RN, is the lead nurse injector at Ratio NYC and a seasoned aesthetics provider with more than eight years of experience in dermatology and medical aesthetics. Known for her precision, warmth, and whole-self approach, Kari is dedicated to helping clients achieve results that feel natural, balanced, and empowering.

Kari graduated from Pennsylvania State University in 2017 with a double major in Pre-Med and Bio-Behavioral Health before earning her accelerated nursing degree at Eastern University’s holistic nursing program. During this time, she also completed an externship with an oculoplastic surgeon, expanding her expertise in skin aesthetics and periocular anatomy.

In 2021, Kari moved to New York City and joined a renowned celebrity dermatologist’s practice, where she gained hands-on experience with injectables, lasers, and minor surgical procedures, eventually beginning to treat her own patients. She later went on to establish and lead the aesthetic program at a Tribeca-based primary care clinic, where she built the division from the ground up, trained providers, managed a team, and worked with leadership and investors on business operations.

Since joining Ratio NYC in 2024, Kari has found her ideal professional home, working alongside co-founders Lisa and Kaylyn. Here, she continues to focus on facial balancing, ratios, and client education—delivering precise, thoughtful, and genuine care in alignment with Ratio NYC’s mission.

OUR STORY

Built on friendship, rooted in intention

Ratio began when co-founders Lisa and Kaylyn (longtime besties) realized something was missing in the injectables space: a more thoughtful, holistic approach. They envisioned a place where education, artistry, and integrity were prioritized just as much as results. From that vision, Ratio was born: a concierge-style, word-of-mouth practice redefining what facial aesthetics can feel like.
